We connect you with licensed plan administrators and carriers, including SBMA Benefits, Clearwater Benefits, Delta Dental, and VSP Vision, to provide quotes and process enrollments.

When you visit our website or submit our contact/quote form, we may collect:
- Contact information: first and last name, email address, phone number, and state of residence.
- Coverage information: the number of people who need coverage and any plan preferences you share with us.
- Communications: records of calls, texts, and emails between you and CTX Partners.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Communications
If you provide your phone number and check the box to receive SMS updates on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from CTX Partners related to your health coverage inquiry, including plan information, quotes, and follow-ups.
Opting out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. - Plan administrators and carriers: to generate quotes and process enrollment, we share the information you provide with the relevant plan administrator or carrier (such as SBMA Benefits, Clearwater Benefits, Delta Dental, or VSP Vision).
- Service providers: we work with vendors who support our operations, such as our website form processor and SMS/text messaging platform, under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed to provide their service.
- Legal and safety reasons: if required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CTX Partners, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if CTX Partners is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
